TILTSEE Pro Tilt Indicators

Long-distance transportation network communication equipment, electronic products, electrical switchgear, 

fragile glass mirrors, art or other tilt sensitive equipment, not only need some "This End Up" do not inverted sticker label,

but also need to show the Angle and direction of tilt during the transportation process and can record the product.

TILTSEE®Pro tilt indicator detects the tilt and inversion of goods that must be kept upright during transportation. 

When these goods tilt due to improper handling and mishandling during transportation, 

the use of TILTSEE®Pro tilt indicators can preserve hard evidence, while reminding the cargo carrier not to dump carelessly, 

and promptly check the condition of the cargo after dumping and record.

TILTSEE®Pro tilt indicator is a product that keeps the cargo upright. 

When the cargo tilt exceeds 30° (Figure 4), the white balls 301 and 302 are shifted by gravity on the indicator.

At the same time, the six red swing arms (201~206) rotate with gravity to open the channel and the white balls

can pass over the swing arms. 

The patented swing arm (FIG. 4 201~206) effectively prevents the white ball from being artificially rotated and inverted 

to return to the initial 30° position due to tilting during transportation. 

At the same time, the initial 30° position is designed to ensure that tilt and vibration are not affected 

by normal forklift transfer and normal operation.

TILTSEE®Pro tilt indicator is designed to detect improper handling in cargo transportation by tilting at around 6 angles. 

This indicator is widely used in chemical transportation and solar panels and products with tilts up to 30°.
